The coffee module operates on the same principles as a traditional semi-automatic espresso machine: coffee grounds are tamped into the portafilter, and the machine delivers hot water at around 93 °C under approximately 9 bar of pressure to perform the extraction.
The tea extraction module functions like a fully automated “hand-pour" system. Whole-leaf tea is placed into a dedicated pressure-resistant tea chamber, where the system precisely controls water temperature, water volume, steeping time, and gentle water flow pressure according to preset parameters. This process replicates the brewing techniques of a professional tea master, rapidly extracting a rich, clean-tasting concentrated tea within tens of seconds, without unwanted bitterness or off-flavors.
